While many in the Bush administration think the Iraqi proposals are well worth considering, others as the White House are saying "not so fast."

A faction in the Administration prefers a deal that would exchange America's third world electricity grid for a first world electricity grid, such as the one in Norway.
"So far the Norwegians have been reluctant to trade electricity grids with us because they know ours is crumbling and theirs is non-crumbling," said one Bush aide today. "Still, the Norway option is not totally off the table."

In a heated Cabinet meeting last night, Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz urged that the U.S. take Norway's first world electricity grid by force, if necessary.
"It's time to show the Norwegians who's who," Wolfowitz reportedly said. "I've taken about all I can take from those clowns."
