Holocaust Denial is nothing new. Although Human History is overshadowed with persecution, culminating in the Shoah of the 1940’s, plus the atrocities of Cambodia, the Bosnian War, Rwanda and the present, there are still those who doubt the “human” capacity for inhumanity.

The genocidal policies of the United States against the Native American nations are also largely denied, as are the millions of lives lost during the trans-Atlantic slave trade.

Many in the modern state of Turkey, which arose out of the Ottoman Empire, deny many of the atrocities committed during the Ottoman period.

Today, however, Armenians commemorate the Armenian Massacre of 1914 through 1923 when more than 1,500,000 Amenian men, women and children were massacred.
