Partners for Peace is increasingly alarmed by the State Department's failure to alert Congress and the White House that Israel's use of American weaponry against Palestinian civilians may constitute a violation of the Arms Export Control Act.
Palestinian civilians continue to be killed and maimed by American weaponry while the State Department looks on in silence. The regional standing of the United States is done great harm by its apparent willing complicity in such acts against Palestinian civilians.
Partners for Peace calls for a thorough investigation by the State Department of the IDF's ongoing use of American weaponry in the occupied territories.
