Nevertheless, all U.N. Peacekeepers are still subject to the Geneva Conventions which require all Nation-States to prosecute serious war crimes - without exemption.

What the Security Council has done is simply to cast suspicion upon its own Peacekeepers, while politicising the noble ideals of the long awaited International Criminal Court.
