Titled "Farenheit 9/11: The Temperature At Which Freedom Burns", he says it will "show the American public what led to up 9/11, what it really was about, and how Bush has tried to use it to shred our civil liberties and our Constitution."

Michael Moore may not be interested in running for President, but he has a manifesto and a battle plan, and "Bowling For Columbine" is his first surgical strike. His next is to get America and the rest of the world ready for a fight.

"I want to encourage people to rise up and stand up for the country," he says, "because we got some people in charge who are really trying to destroy us."
