Koizumi Admits Gov't Too Slow in Handling Abduction Cases
TOKYO — Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi admitted Wednesday that Japan was too slow in dealing with North Korea's abduction of Japanese nationals in the 1970s and 1980s.
