The Case of Wouter Basson,South Africa; Former Secret Bio-Terrorism Laboratory for 'Democratic' Nations, by Tristan Mendès-France

Article image In the 1980s, the Apartheid system was being threatened in South Africa. The regime launched a secret program of biological and chemical research, named Project Coast. The objective was the production of ethnically selective deadly substances, aimed at reducing the Black population.
There is a lack of information about how many people have died as a result of these experiments. The number of deceased may be in the thousands.

The director of the project, Dr. Wouter Basson, was acquitted on April 12, 2002 at the end of a controversial lawsuit. At present, the controversy has spread to Switzerland which may have collaborated in “Dr.Death’s” research programme. However, it appears that in order to by-pass the non-proliferation treaties of weapons of mass destruction, several democratic countries sub-contracted their researches to the Apartheid regime.
