BAGHDAD — In yet another bloody day for Baghdadis, five separate car bombings rocked Shiite-dominated areas of the capital on Wednesday, April 18, claiming the lives of at least 172 and dealing a new blow to the massive US-led security plan.
"I saw dozens of dead bodies", an eyewitness in Al-Sadriyah, the scene of the deadliest attack, told Reuters.
"Some people were burned alive inside minibuses. Nobody could reach them after the explosion", he recalled bitterly. MORE
