PESHAWAR — A US-sponsored agreement between Pakistani President Pervez Musharraf and Afghan counterpart Hamid Karzai to hold a Loya Jirga (grand assembly) is unlikely to secure a "respectable" wayout of Afghanistan's untamable mountains, experts believe.
