Last night, the IDF crossed into Gaza, in an attempt to free a kidnapped Israeli soldier. How they intend to do this remains a mystery. The BBC reports that “The US has been calling on Israel to give diplomacy more time and both Egypt and France are said to have been involved in talks to free Cpl Shalit.”
