Palestinian Villagers Take Their Case to the Israeli Supreme Court

[Jerusalem, Occupied Palestine] The first hearing of the Israeli Supreme Court concerning the legality of the Wall in the North Western
area of Jerusalem took place, yesterday, February 29, 2004, at 8:30am, in Jerusalem.

Three days after the demonstration in Biddu village where three Palestinians were killed and one shot in the head and currently on life support, the Popular Committee Against the Wall, representing 10 villages in the region of Beit Surik is taking their case to the Israeli Supreme Court and calling for people to show their opposition to the building of the Wall of Apartheid.
